2017 - Care Hires MVP
Founder Tharaka De Alwis secures an initial contract to develop the MVP of Care Hires, leading to its first seed round. The development team expands to 5.
2020 - Team Expansion
Care Hires team grows to 15, including customer support and finance teams. YTA acquires new clients in the care sector.
2022 - Service Expansion
YTA expands services to include marketing, account management, sales development, and HR operations. A new co-working office space is established.
